Store Return Policy:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
Non-returnable items include: carbides, tools, brushes, liquids, gels, polishes, powders, PPE products, electronic and electrical equipment, furniture, and eyelash extension products.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are instances where only partial refunds are granted.
Note: A 25% restocking fee applies to some returned items.
The iLuxe individual spa pedicure collection is a four-step treatment that nourishes the skin with essential ingredients to provide the feet with necessary nutrients. Each set is individually packaged with the right amount of product for one pedicure, ensuring a clean and hygienic solution for a spa pedicure. Each set includes a Sea Mineral Salt for the bath, a foot scrub, a mud mask, and a silk lotion system.
Steps to use the spa set:
Step 1 (Gentle Ocean Salt): Add the contents of the packet to warm water and soak the skin.
Step 2 (Gentle Face Scrub): Gently massage onto the foot and lower leg. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 3 (Brightening Mask): Apply evenly on the foot and lower leg after washing and drying. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 4 (Gentle Silk Milk): Apply to the foot and lower leg until fully absorbed.

Oz Nails & Beauty Supply only ships within Australia. If you wish to ship outside Australia, please contact us here and provide information on the product you wish to purchase (link and quantity), your preferred shipping method (express or standard), and your desired delivery address. We will assist you in creating an order considering the shipping cost after receiving a quote from the carrier.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. After processing your order and readiness for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation with the delivery details and tracking number.
Australia Post: Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
TNT (Hazardous Goods): For products classified as “Hazardous Goods,” such as acetone, large quantities of alcohol, we use the specialized delivery service TNT to ensure safety and compliance.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers. When using PO boxes, please provide the street address of the PO box (remember that hazardous goods cannot be delivered to PO boxes).
Estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is shipped, not from the moment the order is placed.

These items will be sent separately via TNT. If your cart includes both hazardous items and regular items, the delivery costs will be calculated separately for each type. For example, if your cart contains 1 hazardous item and 1 regular item, the delivery cost will be $60 ($50 for hazardous goods and $10 for standard delivery).
To send regular items through Australia Post Express when hazardous goods are present in one order, please create a separate cart and purchase them separately. We recommend contacting customer support if you have any questions about combining these types of items in one order.
Heavy or Oversized Items:
Standard delivery: additional + $15.
Express delivery: additional + $25.
Items classified as heavy or oversized (weighing 1 gallon or more or exceeding standard courier dimensions) will incur an additional charge in addition to the initial delivery fee. If a heavy or oversized item is purchased individually, only the fee for the heavy or oversized item will be applied without additional charges.
Rural/Remote Areas: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer than standard estimates.
Customer Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order. This includes the correct house number, street name, apartment/block number (if applicable), city, and postal code. Oz Nails & Beauty Supply recommends using an address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours from Monday to Friday. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package may be delivered to the nearest collection point, and a card with information will be left.
Address Verification and Active Contact: To ensure successful delivery of your order, we use an address verification system. If our system detects significant discrepancies or unclear information (e.g., different state, different postal code, or non-existent house number), we will attempt to contact you via email or phone to confirm the address before shipping the order. However, due to the high volume of orders, this outreach may be impossible in all cases. If we are unable to confirm the address or do not receive a response from you, the order may be delayed or canceled to prevent further issues.
Reasons and Responsibility: Orders may be returned (return to sender, RTS) if the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect/incomplete, or the recipient refuses to accept the package. In these cases, Oz Nails & Beauty Supply is not responsible for the initial delivery costs.
Fees for Return to Sender and Redelivery: If a package is returned to Oz Nails & Beauty Supply due to a customer error (incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts, refusal to accept), you will be required to pay a return-to-sender (RTS) fee of $10 and a redelivery fee of $10. These fees may vary depending on the courier’s policy at the time of ordering.
Opting for store credit for returns will waive the $10 reissue fee and cover the $10 return-to-sender fee. This credit will be equivalent to the product value of your order minus the initial delivery cost, and can be used for your next purchase.
For lost or stolen packages post-delivery, Oz Nails & Beauty Supply is not liable. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier if there is evidence of an issue during transit.
Contact and Resolution Process: Upon notification of an issue with your order, we will reach out within 5 business days to discuss solutions like redelivery to a new address, showroom pickup, refund, or store credit.
If no response is received within 30 business days, the order will be considered unresolvable and handled per our policy, with a refund in store credit unless otherwise requested.
